A Boston native, Qia has decided to plant her feet in the Carolinas in 2006. She has watched the growth of the city by weekend adventures to different towns and occasional relocation to become familiar with the areas. She is a lover of doggies and in her spare time she enjoys family, planning for the future and empowering others to be great.

I grew up in this business, I come from 4 generations of agents. I love what I do. My grandfather-built homes for World War 2 Veterans in the 1930's. My dad sold residential real estate most of my life changing to commercial real estate in Florida. He was super successful. I grew up listening to him helping people and I definitely mirror him in every way.

Roz Smith, a native of Charlotte, has seen first-hand the tremendous growth of real estate in Charlotte and the surrounding markets. While the majority of her residency has been in Charlotte, she has also resided in the Huntersville and Cornelius communities and more recently in the growing Denver, NC market.

I have always been passionate about serving people. Whether it's hosting dinner parties in my home or giving back to local organizations, that is what helps to satisfy my desire to help others. I served my Country for 6 1⁄2 years in the US Navy, and had the pleasure of being homeported in Yokosuka, Japan for the majority of that time.
