Roz Smith, a native of Charlotte, has seen first-hand the tremendous growth of real estate in Charlotte and the surrounding markets. While the majority of her residency has been in Charlotte, she has also resided in the Huntersville and Cornelius communities and more recently in the growing Denver, NC market.

From about age 10, Steve spent many years with his father’s real estate company, eventually building homes as a licensed NC building contractor while practicing full-time as a real estate broker and property manager in North Carolina and Virginia.

Sydney was born and raised just East of Charlotte in a little town called Fairview in Monroe, NC. She currently resides in Locust, NC with her husband, Darrick and two Boston Terriers, Darcy Lou and Cash. Sydney attended to Central Piedmont Community College for her Associates of Arts degree and finished her Bachelors of Liberal Arts with a focus in Human Services at Wingate University.

Taha Naveed is a driven and motivated real estate professional who has been active in the industry since 2020. With exposure to real estate from a young age, thanks to his father who flips properties. As a senior at UNCC studying Mechanical Engineering, Taha works part-time as a real estate agent while also pursuing his pilot's license.

I am originally from New York but moved to North Carolina in 2013. Moving a few times in my life really peaked my interest in real estate. Being able to start again in a brand new home always held so much excitement. Being able to share that excitement with my clients is one of the best feelings.

Tracy works out of the Davidson/Lake Norman office.
