Recently we listed our property at 215 Oakwood Avenue, in York, SC. My mother had p****ed away after a short illness in November. As executor of her estate I was charged with selling her property (as my mother had instructed me to do) and dividing the proceeds among my three brothers and myself. Needless to say the task was much more emotional that I thought it would be. A few days after my mother’s p****ing, I called Lori. I have known her for many years, and she was the first and only person I wanted to work with. I’ve known Lori to be an honest hardworking person and most importantly, I knew I could trust her to complete the task of selling this property. I was not surprised by her professionalism and her efforts to put my family’s best interests forward. She knew my mother and shared a memory of her that meant a great deal to me. I was not surprised by her knowledge of real estate. I was able to rely on her knowledge and expertise because of the trust and respect I have for her. We spent a good deal of time on the phone, and she advised me (as did her husband Roger) on things I did not understand, and not once did I feel uncomfortable with the advice she shared. She handled this like it was family, at least that is how I felt about the process. She was always accessible and did not hesitate to return my calls or texts. In the future, in the event I need anything regarding real estate I will surely be calling Lori. Thank you for asking about my experience during this process. The process was perfect as far as I am concerned, mainly because of Lori Hall. Sincerely, Gerald Kemp
