From I-40, get off at exit 20 and proceed south about 3 miles & turn left on Utah Mountain Rd. From Dellwood or Soco Rd in Maggie Valley, turn north on Hwy 276 (Jonathan Rd) and go about 3 1/2 miles to Utah Mountain Rd, on your right. Proceed up Utah Mountain Rd. The lots are located 3.4 miles from the Jonathan Creek Rd turnoff. Proceed past the peak of Utah Mountain and down the other side 0.9 mi. Watch the house numbers - when you pass 3328 on the right, proceed about 75 yards & you will see the real estate sign on your left. That is lot 3. Continue and you will see Wasatch Way on your right, at the switchback (sharp turn to the left). Lot 3 is on your left. Continue down the hill & you will see Wahwah Way. Continue straight & lots 26 & 27 are on your left after the Wahwah Way sign.
